Epcot, Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow. Epcot is the center of forward thinking and technology. (If it’s the center of technology for Walt Disney World, why do the monorail gates SLIDE, whereas the ones at the Ticket and Transportation Center open by the push of a button? Just asking). There is so much to do while in Epcot. You can explore the world in World Showcase, or test out some cool gizmos and gadgets in Innoventions, or possibly head over to Future World and join Ellen DeGeneres and Bill Nye the Science Guy as they learn about energy. There is even more to do in Future World, you can take a flight to Mars on Mission Space, or go back in time and learn about the progress of communication in Spaceship Earth, but my favorite ride in all of Future World in Test Track.

Test Track is a high-speed ride that lets you be the test dummy. Like in most thrill rides at Walt Disney World there are cameras that take your picture so you can either purchase it or add it to your PhotoPass card. Like many people who go to Disney often you like to find the cameras and make a goofy face! Above is my example of my goofy face! (left to right, my cousin Natalie Henley, her son, and Me). For those of you who have rode this ride countless times and wish you knew where the camera is, I can help. Right as you’re about to “collide” into the barrier in the barrier test, if you look to your right you will find it! It’s on the wall right before you get under all of the angle lights that you go under to go out the barrier door. That’s it. Next time you’re on the ride look the right and smile, or do something nuts!
